Bamboo Camp & Resort, Pangsun

Assalamualaikum. What did you do on the Malaysia Day? I know it is too late to ask but who cares, right? For me, I did nothing but sleep all day long. Call me a bad citizen, but I really love to congratulate to Sabahan and Sarawakian who celebrated it and it was wonderful watching the celebration on the tv.

The days before the Malaysia Day was very great as I was having an eating camping with the co-workers. "Eating camping" might sounds odd but that was what we do. We camp, we eat. then we camp, we eat again and again. Frankly, the never ending process was eating. The supplies of food was unimaginable for camping trip, it was like we were setting up to move home. But it was fun though as the men are the very good cook I tell ya!

The place was at Pangsun, Hulu Langat, Selangor. It was a kampung but it will never be far from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. I think it was about less than 30 minutes driving, and it was RapidKL bus service available if you prefer using public transport.

We rent just a hut, but we managed to build 3 other tents as well.

There were many types of room available for rental. If you wish to have your own private space, you can rent the room above.

This was Sibat's fishing net and he brought for nothing. He couldn't catch any goods with that but thank God he managed to bring back a fish and a shrimp by fishing rod, if I'm not mistaken.

The arrival. The armies were unloading and unpacked the stuff.

The instruction from the"new supervisor"???

Welcome to our "leak" tent and we serve you the best snore engine sound ever!

The middle tent was useless as it was leaking like hell. I'm sincerely apologize to Afiq for saying this even it might get you hurt, but it was true and please look at the bright side for the better camping trip in the future.

Setting up the bonfire for barbecuing.

The mixed spices look better even before it fully cooked.

A very very very simple meal but it was worth in taste and big amount of side dishes.

The tumble down block was the highlight for the night as it was the only game we had left and nothing else to do right before the sleep time. It was really fun as the two daddies played for their very first time and it was getting exciting as they got along with the game.

The morning chef in charge of the day.

This called 'air asam' and it was used as the sauce to eat with the fish.

The transformation : Before cook.

The transformation : After cook. What the hell was this?
Blame the grill handler for the damage, Kent! But no one was complained as the taste was not ugly as the picture, but delicious.

Sardine sandwiches for 8 persons.

One of a kind!
He even dip the sandwich into the tea for a better taste, I guess.

The daddies were cooking for the babies on the last time on the last day.

Singapore : The End!

Assalamualaikum. Finally it has come to an end as this is the last entry cum 16th post of my Singapore trip entry. But no worries as I have another four more to-be-posted entries to post and I bet it's going to take forever if I didn't post the entries consistently. What a shame of me...

Let's get back to the final post as I'm showing the three cards above that I was using throughout my trip. As Singapore is accessible with MRT mostly and it's the cheaper way of transportation in that country, so I decided to rent the 'Singapore Tourist Pass' for 3 days which cost me $20 and I got refund for $10. So literally I only spend $10 for train. But sadly I have to spend my dollars a bit before I can have the STP cause the first station I landed didn't have the STP counter, so I need the top card above for me to access to the next station. Fyr, I used it twice, which upon my arrival to the next station and after I have refunded my STP. As far as I know, if you didn't use the train much, you could just have the Standard Ticket, but if you're staying longer and, bus and train are your major public transport, it's advisable to have EZ Link card which mostly Singaporean use. Fyr, the fare is cheaper than the standard ticket BUT you have to pay for the card itself when you purchase it for the first time which cost $5.

The bottom and the last card is the access card of the hostel I was staying which it's accessible to the main door and the room door. I found the card is simple yet cool! Speaking of this card, I remembered on my second night and it was 10 p.m. which when I was about to enter the main door, an Indonesian girl was struggling in front of the door cause her card wasn't accessible. It was night, dark, quiet and she was alone. Thanks to "SUPERMAN" for saving her life (which was me) who helped her entered the door. So, based on this case, I'd like to have attention, for women mostly. Do not going back home or hotel or whatever late at night, and don't be anywhere but home or somewhere safe when night comes. It's pretty dangerous out there even the place you live in is claimed SAFE. I tell ya what, we never know when dangerous will come, so do buy insurance. Motive? It's not what I mean, what I meant was how insured you are, you couldn't turn back the time. You might get refund or the bad guy would be punished but the trauma? Would it lost from your memory forever? So, the moral of the story, stay safe, be safe.

Universal Studios Singapore

Assalamualaikum. Most of the people who visit Singapore will come by to this place, at least once I reckon. The place was very entertaining yet exciting, and I really hope to come back again with the friends of mine next time, so I'd gain more enjoyment with them! Literally, I'm looking forward on Universal Studios in Hollywood and Japan. But if in Japan, I was wondering what kind of language do they use in Donkey Show? When I was in USS, this show do a lot of talking, so it'd be my biggest concern before entering the Japan Studios. Fyi, I'd recommend to come on weekdays instead of weekend cause the crowded are twice or thrice more than regular days. You won't wasting up your time by lining up the queue all day long and leave the place without trying all of the games that you have paid, right?

The globe people would never leave before taking any photo in their machine lens.

I have no idea if you can bring your own wheelchair or stroller before entering the place. But using the electric stroller is better.

You'll meet the Hollywood City first after entering the entrance. See, how's difference the crowd compared to weekend. It was very few, but I'm sorry I didn't have the weekend photo for actual differentiation.

The souvenir and gifts store. The price? You tell me! But I managed getting two things before leaving the place, and it worth for couple of dollars.

My first ride! If I were a kid, I'd say that was the coolest ride ever!

You'll never know what inside the entrance cause it didn't show the cool parts from outside. But, once you started to enjoy the show, you'll be awed from the start till the end of the show.

If you're running out of time cause you didn't have much time to play the games, do not bother yourself queuing up for photo with the characters.

Transformers! I give 10 stars! My favorite ride ever! When I come again next time, this one will be the first! Very syiokk!!!

Let's wish the bumblebee is transforming for real! I'll own it right away, no matter how much it cost me. *kidding*

I wish something but I treasured nothing!

A dream castle? Only for exterior.

Donkey Knight Club! I enjoyed so much. The host was fabulous and the donkey was being... a donkey. A funny donkey.

Live action movie! It was really great, and I never imagine watching something like that right in front of my eyes! Shooting and fire for real? Totally AWESOME!

I bet it must be hot in those costumes. I didn't know how did they managed to dance in those costumes and under freaking hot sun. I salute you guys!
